You should have seen his face. His eyes practically shone like diamonds when I asked him about the "progression". Edwin and I stared at him with much curiosity, while he told us to remain as calm as possible when he reveals the awaited news. We could barely stand the suspense in waiting for his reply, but we managed to overcome it and looked at him eagerly. When he was done, Edwin and I gaped like idiots, both shocked but very pleasantly surprised. "You idiot! See I told you I was right!" I smirked at his face, with Edwin laughing his head off, and nodding his head fervently beside me. "Calm down!" He hissed to us and we shut our trap straightaway. During the Math lecture, I could hardly sit still. I was literally bobbing up and down my seat, firing any random questions that came to my mind to him. He would answer them politely, however never failing to gently remind me to relax. How can I relax with such happening thing happening at this very moment? Edwin remained his cool, I had absolutely no idea how he managed that feat, but he did it. I scanned through my brain cells to dig up my memory of the day which occured less than a week ago. It was so yesterday when he was the cowering wimp in front of her eyes. Declaring his love to her. How sweet. *Sigh hopelessly* "Taking things slowly I reckon," I said to him when we stumbled out of the lecture theatre about an hour and a half later. "Definitely," his eyes sparkling again, and he was practically grinning from ear to ear. Love is in the air. Indeed. Congratulations John and Jane Doe. If you are thinking that this is some story I conjured out of nowhere. Hell yea, you are so wrong! It happened today in school, it's so darn true. Who is this special "he" I was blabbering non-stop about? Well that's for Edwin and me to know, and for you to find out. -Tingz, feeling inspired today.
